An attempted
murder suspect is now in custody after being on the run for
four days.
According to
Brownsville Police, Melvin Taylor, 36 turned himself in
around 9, Monday morning. No bond has been set and a court
date is pending. Investigators said Taylor faces two counts
of attempted murder after they believe he shot two people
inside a Brownsville apartment, last Thursday morning.
One of the
victims has been released while the other continues
recovering at a Memphis hospital.
